SOBHA OneWorld Sales Office

How to Apply for SOBHA OneWorld EOI

On how to apply for SOBHA OneWorld EOI, the process has four steps.

Step 1 — Pay INR 5 Lakhs EOI via RTGS/NEFT/IMPS to SOBHA Limited's Axis Bank account at MG Road Branch (A/C 920020006185672, IFSC UTIB0000009). The EOI is 100 percent refundable and adjustable during booking. This payment secures the priority number used for unit allotment at the Grand Allotment Event.

Step 2 — Priority Benefits. EOI registrants receive best launch pricing, preferred unit and floor selection access, and early investor advantage. EOI holders gain exclusive access to the floor plan and pricing reveal on 13 May 2026, ahead of the broader market.

Step 3 — Grand Allotment Event on 13 June 2026. Allocation by priority order. All EOI customers are invited to the exclusive venue. The priority number determines unit, floor, and orientation selection sequence.

Step 4 — Unit Confirmation. Select preferred unit and proceed with booking. The EOI amount is credited against the booking amount when the buyer proceeds to confirm a unit.

SOBHA OneWorld Grand Allotment Registration

All confirmed EOI holders will be automatically registered for the grand SOBHA OneWorld allotment. Registrants for the EOI will be invited to a Grand Allotment Event to be held at a special venue on 13 June 2026. Priority numbers are allotted according to the date of registration of EOI. The earlier you register the better chance you have to pick a unit on the day.

Buyers who are ready to participate in the Grand Allotment Event are advised to complete their EOI process well in advance of the EOI window closing on 20 May 2026 as the priority number sequence is determined by registration timing.
